RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Dear valued customer,
The following are terms and conditions concerning our return and exchange policy.
The items you ordered would be thoroughly inspected before they are shipped or delivered to you to ensure that we deliver only the best and satisfy you. In the case there are damages or a problem with the order, please report them to us immediately by replying the order confirmation email you received through email@example.com and by filling our return form that is attached to your order on delivery.
Customers returning items for exchange should kindly note the following:
Items must be unwashed and unworn
Items must be in its original brand packaging
Orders should be returned immediately on deliveryor within 2 days after delivery(for customers within Lagos) and maximum of 7 days(for customers outside Lagos).
A notification email must be sent immediately to us informing us of such returns and exchanges. We recommend that customers within Lagos inspect their items upon delivery and return any items that is defective or damaged ASAP.
All tags must be kept intact and be free of any sign of wear and tear.
In addition, customers returning items will bear the cost of shipping except in situations where wrong items were delivered or in cases where goods are faulty or damaged.
